Andrew Subieta, a Manual Osteopath and a Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience in these fields, is also the founder of "OsteoKlinika, Pain Management and Rehabilitation Clinic".
Andrew was driven by a vision to develop a diversified therapeutic approach for the treatment of many challenging medical conditions. After a few years of working as a structural engineer, Andrew decided to follow his true passion and pursue a career dealing with the "engineering" and structure of the human body and causes that can affect its optimal function. Andrew’s professional journey started at Kikkawa College where he successfully obtained a Registered Massage Therapist diploma followed by the completion of a five-year osteopathic program at the Canadian College of Osteopathy. Andrew has extensive working experience in physiotherapy, chiropractic and sports medicine clinics with the general population as well as athletes, the elderly and children.
In 2018 Andrew Subieta received Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the National University of Medical Sciences. Andrew’s constant search for innovative treatment methods lead him to completion of many advanced osteopathic programs offered by the Upledger Institute (USA) and the Barral Institute (France) such as Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation.
Andrew has developed a unique osteopathic treatment method called Bio-Structural Integration™, integrating osteopathy, massage, electrotherapy and low-intensity laser therapy. This method represents a very effective approach to wellness and the rehabilitation of many complex pathological conditions. Andrew’s special interests include treatment of disc herniation of the neck and lower back, migraines and the jaw (TMJ) joint dysfunctions.
